Job Description :
Manager- Industrial Relations based at Navi Mumbai (Patalganga Plant) .
Role & Responsibilities :
- Union, Labour agreement, at least signed 2 settlements.
- Handling all sort of court matters, Employee Grievances, Disciplinary action and Domestic Enquiry.
- Ensure 100% Statutory Compliances w.r.t Legal Statutes. Ensure renewal of all licenses on time.
- Assist in counselling, disciplinary action; prepare show cause charge sheet, notices. Conduct 1st level investigations and provide inputs for taking disciplinary actions. Coordinate and organize employee forums.
- Liaison with Local Village committee, Villagers, Local Politician and ensure peaceful environment at site.
- To manage contractors and contract Labours related issues.
- To gather Intelligence and share to Management from time to time.
- To oversee administration of Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping at site. Ensure availability of hygienic food and Transport on time to employees.
- Liasioning with the necessary authorities like MIDC,, DISH, Labour Commissioner, PF ESIC etc.
- Implement system and processes keeping in mind the overall Idemitsu policies .
- Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to company policies, etc..
- Create facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative.
- Will look into the Union Labour, PF and ESI matters.
- Support the administration of Worker's Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs.
- Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
- Leading the industrial and employee relations program for the site
- Helping in talent hiring, Training programmes and Employee Engagement activities.
Desired Candidate :
- 10-15 years of core IR experience with HR knowledge from related manufacturing industries.
- Good Communication Skill and drafting skill in English is essential.
- Male or Female (Age Max 40 Years)
- Languages known- English/Hindi/ Marathi (Must)
- Any Graduate/ full-time MBA / Masters in HR /IR/MLS .
- Pleasing personality with good ethics, soft spoken and some who understands the Japanese work culture would be desirable but not essential.
- The incumbent should be a good team manager, sensible and mature to manage the HR function in line with procedures and standards of the parent company.
