- Ensures that the unit is compliant with all statutory requirements and corporate policies and procedures and ensures that IR is taken care of.
- Ensures that all new Joinees are inducted as per the process and documentation is done with relevant filling in the unit.
- Ensures management of payroll and updating of personnel records.
- Strives to consistently retain employees in all positions, through all business phases.
- Ensures that communication confidentiality and clarity is observed at all times and ensures that grievances are adhered to and closed in conjunction with the corporate human resource.
- Ensures that monthly learning and development activities are carried out with spot checks in the unit and that career progression activity is planned and organized annually.
- Ensures that inspections from government departments are free from audit points and queries.
- Ensures that unit training is monitored and spot checks made to test authenticity and delivery of content.
- 100% statutory compliance (including VISION 360 Degree listed records updating)
- Ensure healthy industrial relations at all times. Also, maintain cordial relations with all Statutory Bodies.
- Ensures that budgets welfare activities and cost control measures are adhered to ensure the policy activation.
