Company: We are looking for one of our esteem large Chemical Client company.

- We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Manager/Senior Manager in Industrial Employee Relations (IER) to join our reputable chemical company in the Saurashtra region.

- The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Labor Welfare (MLW) with approximately 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in industrial employee relations within the chemical industry.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop, implement, and oversee industrial employee relations strategies, policies, and programs to ensure a positive work environment and maintain healthy relationships between the company and its employees.

- Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling grievances, disputes, and negotiations effectively and in accordance with legal requirements.

- Lead and manage the resolution of industrial disputes, including negotiations with unions, collective bargaining agreements, and settlements.

- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on matters related to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and other labor-related issues as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to industrial employee relations.

Requirements:.

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Labor Welfare (MLW) from a recognized institution.

- 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in industrial employee relations within the chemical industry.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Proven track record in handling union negotiations, settlements, and industrial disputes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel within the Saurashtra region as needed.
