Role and Responsibilities:
Mandatory : Statutory Compliance-Excellent Knowledge
Mandatory : Union Handling Exposure & Disciplinary Measure
Mandatory: Age should not be more than 35
Mandatory :Regular PG-MBA/MSW/PGDM
Role and Responsibilities :
- Disciplinary Activity Management:
a) Capturing Incidents / Facts, Preparing Charge sheet / Show Cause Notice / Disciplinary proceedings
- Handling documentation work at initial stage (Green field Project)
- Meeting with Govt Official in labor department / Participating in tripartite meeting if any
- Seeking opinions from Legal Experts from outside for key issues with respect to Labor law, Factory Act
- Compliance management of Contract labor act
- Auditing Contract Companies to ensure compliance are in place
Skill Required :
- Good Knowledge in Labor Law / Factors Act / Contract Act
- Ability to handle IR issues
- Strong Mind with Emotional Balance & Composed character in Nature
- Must be flexible to learn / job rotation in Other IR activities like Employee Communication / Union Management / Employee Engagement
