Manager - IR / Admin

- Required Manager for ER and Admin department with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in effective handling of Administration processes and compliance requirements .

- He / She should be good in people management skills for effective handling of both internal as well as external stakeholders

- Responsible to develop and plan engagement initiatives for blue collar , Manpower planning and headcount Management , Local Campus Recruitment New joiners on-boarding ,Functional, EHS and WCM training

- Compliance Management, Government Liaison, Contract Labour Management ,Vendor Management, AMCs Audits etc, Reporting to- Plant Head

Qualification : MSW (PM and IR)
