KRA -
1. Attending Labour Courts, Tribunal, and conciliation proceedings with labour department.
2. Liaison with Local / Govt Authorities for getting approvals, clearances, NOCs as required.
3. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
4. Act as a lead when dealing with disciplinary cases/issues.
5. Ensuring closure of all compliance & disciplinary issues within stipulated timelines.
6. Present and prepare reports for CHRO about challenges and opportunities
7. Develop and recommend new or modified policies and procedures and assure legal compliance with applicable HR-related laws.
8. Coordinate with HR and leadership from other functions on employee/industrial relations, and compliance related matters.
