- Experience of IR and HR for sales and field employees.
- Should have manage Factory HR and Compliance Role
- Ensured Employee Grievance Redressal through various methods such as skip meetings, one-to-one meeting etc by travelling to Branches across India
- Manage the business unit on employee relations matters such as Disciplinary action, and low performance to ensure their effective management.
- Manage GM-IR in dealing with Labour Unions and correspondence with them
- Support advisory services for entire Corporate HR Team, RHRs and Branch Managers on day to day employee/workmen related issues
- Correspondence/Liasioning with Labour Officers, Assistant Commissioner Labour, Joint Labour Commissioner in employee relation related matters of the company at PAN India level.
