Manager - Indirect Taxation - Real Estate - CA

- Assisting in the Indirect Taxation matters of SPVs and REIT entities of Commercial Real Estate Business

- Overseeing all indirect tax compliances - checking computations, reconciliations, returns, etc which are prepared by the Shared Service team. Ensuring timely filing and accuracy of these.

- Business structuring to ensure efficient GST planning

- Attending assessments/inspections, replying to notices, etc.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all Indirect tax-related transactions.

- Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines.

- Understanding of taxation in respect of IT SEZs / IT Parks, etc.

- Working with Business teams on various Indirect tax matters including consultation with counsels and indirect tax experts

Qualification - CA (Must)
