Manager - Indirect Sourcing

We have a suitable opportunity in Baddi for the Manager- Indirect Sourcing position. In this role, you will be responsible for closely working with the plant and HO team to review and negotiate the entire Indirect cost spend and capex requirement of the plant, ensure all policies and internal control requirements are complied with, all local and Group policies are in compliant which apply to indirect sourcing. You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. The job will be located at the Baddi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with RFQ, RFP and other purchasing norms defined by the group.

- Responsible for review and approval of purchase requests and exception approvals sought by user departments after thorough review.

- Ensure all contract compliances are in place as per group norms. Work closely with the legal team to ensure all contracts are timely entered into and relevant clauses are duly covered.

- Review the top 80% spend of the factory every quarter and take necessary actions wherever RFQ/RFP and other compliances are to be ensured.

- Responsible for the identification of new vendors to encourage competition among suppliers and lead cost-saving initiatives with user departments to bring cost synergy.

- C1 Internal use

- Identify new technologies that can bring savings in the long term to the organization and work with other departments in implementing them. Change control is an important step to bring synergy to the organization.

Key Competencies:

- Well, versed with Negotiation practices and emerging technologies.

- Knowledge of reviewing numbers and spending analysis.

- Good Knowledge MS Office, Excel & PPTs.

- Self-Starter and Initiator

- Good analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills.
