Job description:
- Payroll Review - review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables
- Payroll Reports - in Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)
- Team Handling - Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc
- Team Leading - work division, team motivation and moral
- Client liaison - Should be independently able to do Client Communication and Coordination
- Process improvement - Continually refine payroll process
- Reporting Matrices -develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process
- Regulations - knowledge of all relevant regulations for payroll including PF, ESI, Gratuity etc
