Job Role
Manage new transitions/POCs from an operations perspective
- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition from an operations point of view
- Work with the operations teams for all new transitions to ensure day to day delivery
- Ensure all operational activities for new transitions are carried out as per the agreed timelines
- Manage Transition of new clients, designing of process & identify process transformation opportunities.
- Re evaluating both process Maps – AS IS & TO BE & get it approve from all stake holders.
- Develop final detailed scope of work in line with contracts & get it approve from all stakeholders
- Predicting probable process issues & working on solutions to avoid occurrence in future.
- Actively participate & give inputs on technical development suitable to client / process requirement.
- Follow the Transition Methodology for successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines
- Lead multiple transitions at the same time from an Operations point of view
- Client Relationship management
- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance & Accounting while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises
- Active involvement in transition call - planning stage and on boarding stage
- Ensure all SOPs and other documentation are put in place for all new transitions
- Plan team training and schedule
- Work with internal teams to put in place best practices and effective process controls during the process transitions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Skill set required to do the job- Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, etc)
- Strong in MS-Excel, MS-Office and MS-Project
- Experience in working on ERP Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, Great Plains, Oracle, etc)
- Strong Project and process management experience at a senior level, preferably in aOutsourcing environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable
- Experience in Finance Process transformation/re-engineering projects will be an added advantage
- Proficient in process study, transitioning & running successful process operations.
- Experience of developing procedure, service standards for business excellence.
