Manager - In-Stock Management - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Manager_In-Stock Management for A Leading Ecommerce Co.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manager In-Stock Management will be responsible for driving inventory decisions and key supply chain initiatives for the fast-growing business.

- Will have to plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales, in-stock rates, inventory turns and health for owned category.

- Will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in managing inventory to maximize sales margin, and inventory turns.

- Will have to drive root cause analysis and reporting for operational issues, develop action plans, and lead projects with managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

- Will have the responsibility of ensuring all inventory systems and processes are meeting the needs of the business and implementing controls around these processes.

- Will be managing a team of 5-6 Managers & Asst. Managers.

Required Key Skills/Expertise:

- MBA from a premier institute with minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Should have 2-3 years of experience in Soft-lines (Apparel/Fashion/Footwear/Accessories or other related category) or Retail background.

- Must be a people manager with an excellent leadership skills.

- Hands-on experience in managing operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and product life cycles.
