Manager - Implementation - Banking

Manage the technical implementation of Electronic Channels (including Web, Host2Host, Mobile Apps and API Banking), ICCS, Corporate Cheque Printing, and Trade online across Corporate & Institutional Banking clients by ensuring seamless implementation with service delivery in line with client expectation. This includes training and assisting in first time users and subsequent support for troubleshooting and technical assistance and post implementation support

- Electronic channels (Web & Mobile)

- Host2Host - File Delivery Solutions (Connect Direct, SFTP, etc.)

- ICCS (Image Cheque Clearing system)

- API Banking (For Payments & Statement reporting)

- Trade online - smartTRADE

- Corporate Cheque Printing

- SWIFT for Corporates

- SCDM & Cash Collection Services

- Number of clients implemented & live on transactions

- Technical Implementation and integration of Electronic Channels, Host to Host (using standard protocols like Connect Direct, SFTP, etc.), ICCS, SWIFT for Corporates (SCORE & MACUG), API Banking and Trade online for all Corporate & Institutional Banking clients.

- Assis clients to implement UAE Central bank products like UAEFTS, UAEWPS, UAE local authority pension payment and UAEDDS.

- Understanding client's requirement on payments, payment file formats - CSV, XML, global ISO22000 pain, transmission testing, file mapping, file testing, and PGP Encryption.

- Job holder is expected to know client's ERP systems, payment file generation process and integration of client ERP using standard encryption tool.

- Manage cash management & trade online technical implementation for Corporate & Institutional Banking client by ensuring seamless implementation with service delivery (including training and assisting in first time users) in line with customer's expectation and relevant internal stake holders.

- Support TBS Solutioning team for technical presentation
