- Working with a company's finance and accounting teams to ensure that their financial reporting and accounting practices comply with the IFRS guidelines.

- Reviewing current practices, identifying areas of non-compliance, and making recommendations for changes to ensure compliance.

- The job may also involve training employees on the new IFRS guidelines, as well as working with external auditors to ensure that the company's financial statements are compliant with the IFRS.

- Identifying any potential accounting issues that may arise as a result of IFRS implementation

- Communicating the impact of IFRS changes to the company's management and other stakeholders

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all systems and processes are in compliance with IFRS

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and any related changes or updates

- Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement new accounting policies and procedures

- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS

Qualifications : CA with min 2 years of work experience.
