Key Responsibilities
- Working with internal stakeholders across varied business and technical functions, develop a technical roadmap for core enterprise IAM solution(s).
- Operate as a senior subject matter expert for IAM .
- Define the policies and procedures related to IAM functions.
- Leads the establishment of a roadmap for the implementation of modern IAM across the enterprise.
- Responsible for complex program design, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into the program design and delivered solution.
- Provide direction on IAM and PKI best practices and help establish the centralized IAM service function to support company's diverse user base.
- Lead the proof of concept, product selection and deployment of IAM and PKI related solutions.
- Identify areas of technical consolidation as well as IAM governance requirements for non-centralized functions.
- Provide escalated administrative support for IAM systems as needed.
- Collaborate with peer groups in IT, system development, and product development to help them take full advantage of the latest authentication and authorization protocols and services.
- Partner with and ultimately manage the relationship with key technical vendors to deliver IAM capabilities and services.
- Deploy and support closed loop identity architecture between HR and IT systems
- Proven experience leading the troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions throughout the identity lifecycle.
- Manage the operations for the administration, compliance, service delivery, and product support for all Identity & Access Management services. Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the IAM program to better support customers using the service(s).
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 9 years' experience in IT.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with IAM capabilities, tools, platforms, and processes.
- Minimum 3 years in a management or leadership position.
- Proven track record of successful IAM implementations and support of those applications.
- Experience defining metrics to measure IAM service(s) against key performance indicators.
- Experience designing, implementing, and performing process definition and automation activities.
- Experience championing organizational change through IAM implementation; encouraging innovation and adoption of IAM tools and services.
- Experience implementing and/or managing IAM services or capabilities including IDP, MFA, IGA, SSO/Federation, PAM, DAM, and/or Identity Analytics.
- Experience defining IAM technical requirements and solutions for users and devices within Windows, Linux/Unix, Mac, and cloud (AWS) technologies.
- Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate actions.
- Thorough, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant industry training and/or certification
- Experience in IAM process automation including lifecycle management, identity governance, secret management, RBAC, Least Privilege/SOD, and Self-Service/Self-Registration.
- Experience with enterprise password-less migration. Knowledge of cyber security regulations and compliance, access reviews, audit, and remediation
- Knowledge of IAM for cloud, workforce, customer/consumer, and API security
