Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible Leverage and serve as subject matter expert (SME) for I&D and Pride Council to build consensus, accountability and alignment across entities

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Brand to expand access to the talent supply and position Accenture India as employer of choice for the LGBTIQ+ talent

- Activate and engage our India Pride Network around the year, offering them opportunities to develop and show up as allies

- Partner with Pride Employee Resource Group in their efforts to reach and increase the sense of belonging of LGBTIQ+ employees, raise awareness of the benefits and Pride programs as well as gather feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience into analyze and implementing DE&I programs. Should have inclination towards PRIDE and LGBTIQ community.

Qualification & experience:

Experience: 11 + years of experience in designing, strategy of I&D Programme

Qualification: Graduation and MBA or Equivalent PG Degree.
