Position: Manager-HR (Leading Venture Capital Funding Company)
Role :
- Will work on multiple areas of HR including end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement/Employee Relations, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Audit and Special Projects
- The candidate will report to the Head - HR of the Company
- Will Participate in various HR special projects related to organization development.
- Ideate and execute Company Strategy offsites & team building events
- Ideate and execute Employee Wellness initiatives
- Work on Employer Branding projects/initiatives - Great Place to Work etc.
- Work on Learning & Development initiatives including design L&D programs, team building programs, technical, behavioural and Leadership programs with special focus on succession planning and developing future ready workforce.
Requirements :
- MBA (HR)
- 4-8 years of HR generalist/ HRBP experience
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Should have experience/ proficiency in two or more of the following areas - talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development programs, performance management system, compensation and benefits, talent management, organization development initiatives, HR operations
- Should be highly proficient in excel and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders & management cohesively to support teams on people matters.
- Managing time bound work with efficiency and accuracy.
