Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, exits, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives in close collaboration with senior management.
- Create job descriptions, post job openings, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
- Manage the performance review process, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws in all HR-related activities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to attendance, decorum, compensation, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven HR work experience, with a strong focus on managing HR functions.
- Must have experience in the travel industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment and statutory laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience in HR management within the travel sector is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
