Manager - Human Resources - Travel & Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Contribute to fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven organizational and time management skills
