Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the hospitality industry.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and recruitment agencies.
Talent Development :
- Design and execute talent development programs, including training, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify skills gaps and work with department heads to create development plans for employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet organizational goals.
Performance Management :
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management practices.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Employee Engagement and Retention :
- Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a stable workforce.
Succession Planning :
- Identify key positions and high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership and critical roles within the organization.
HR Metrics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on talent management activities and outcomes.
Compliance and Policy Development :
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
