One of our client India's premier EV Infratstructure and Charger manufacturer, proudly declares the creation of its wholly owned subsidiary, it has forayed into the EV Charge Point Operator business. The subsidiary will act as a CPO and install EV Charging Stations across India. Being a pioneer in the EV charger manufacturing industry, It has has provided top quality EV Chargers to various renowned oil marketing companies and EV charging station providers and now through its subsidiary is all set to transform the EV charging infrastructure landscape. It manufacture and supply EV chargers to EV Infra and they will do business as a Charge Point Operator for these EV chargers.
We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Job responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensuring all vacancies in the organization are filled as per specified requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Conducting skill assessment of exiting the workforce, identifying skill gaps, plan and executing focused training programs.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc).
Minimum qualification : You must meet these qualifications to apply for this job:
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- 6-9 years of work experience in core HR activities including HR Payroll, generalist, employee engagements. HR strategies
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
