Responsibilities:-
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Analysing trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
- Conducting regular meetings with respective business units, consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives and improving relations between staff and employers.
- Setup processes and IT systems in place for managing HR.
