Contract Term : Upto July 2024
Your tasks :
- Ensuring the entire on- and off-boarding process (e.g. contracts, equipment, payroll etc.)
- Help implementing the new HR software "EO connect" / Workday
- Link to local authorities
- Assist our colleagues on the whole HR Life Cycles (e.g. absence, sick leave, benefits, other HR inquiries)
- Counterpart for any HR related matters for the Headquarter.
- Cooperation in HR Projects and incentives
- Administrative personnel / HR work
- Support Administration team in case of need
- Support local MD
