Looking for an independent HR professional with experienced working in Sales HR role. Candidate should be open to work 6 days in a week. He will be involved 40-50 percent in the Recruitment of Sales team and other operational activities.
Requirements:
- A mature person who can deal with the top management and Sales staff.
- Should be a self- driven person.
- He has to create his own role in the system
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new sales hires
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances
Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to develop and administer competitive sales compensation plans.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the sales organization
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and data related to sales performance, turnover, and employee engagement
