Purpose of the role:

The role holder would be responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management of the field/sales employees of assigned BUs in India Commercial. Responsibilities broadly include recruitment, implementing performance review process in field, employee development & engagement and talent retention. The position collaborates with cross functional teams and external stakeholders, as required.

Qualification & Experience:

- Master's degree or equivalent - Business Administration in Human Resources

- Experience - 5 - 7 Years in Sales HR (preferably in sales HR in Pharma/FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all the employees are hired through a standard and foolproof recruitment model with built in check points at multiple levels

- To hire the identified positions such as expansions and vacancies within a specified Turn Around Time (TAT). Continue the effort of employer branding by optimizing the recruitment experience which results in attracting highly qualified candidates suitable for our organization on merit

- Manage the entire life cycle of field employees including HR operations, HR data management, Pre & Post Joining formalities, any employee management system, creation / issuing of letters like Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, transfer or other letters; maintain & update personnel files, statutory requirements and for exiting employees, their Full & final settlement

- Coordinating within the team and the employees to ensure seamless onboarding of the new employees. Subsequently ensuring the confirmations of the employees on probation happens on time and probation-extension or separation cases are managed effectively

- To engage with the employees through various touch points to identify the concern areas and address them. To organize various activities to engage the high potential employees and retain them

- To do a skill gap analysis and arrange for suitable training programs for the employees; Create and establish training strategy and training plan for identified field and HO team

- To identify and develop the internal talent through interventions including Assessment & Development Centers.

- To engage the talent pool in developmental activities for preparing them for future assignments

- To handle all the compliance & IR issues raised by the employees and settle them amicably. To initiate disciplinary actions as and when required.

- To execute company strategy w.r.t. employees

- Making Company as an Employer of Choice including Campus hiring / Internships

- Enhance Company's high performing learning culture through the performance management process and tool to differentiate, reward and recognize performance and identify development opportunities.

- Role details: Ensure role details are prepared for all the new positions and are updated regularly

- Work with business stakeholders in Commercial organization for Critical Role identification and succession planning for these roles

- Execute Top Talent exercise in the region to identify key talent in the organization. Craft strategy for development of top performers to take-up critical roles in the organization

- Create & execute the plan of action based on the Engagement Survey results in assigned BUs/Depts, in line with global framework, methodology and timelines.
