HR Manager


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

- Create job descriptions, selection criteria and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

- Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc.

- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Assess training needs and monitor training programs

- Recommend and Implements employee benefits programs

- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Utilise HRMS system to eliminate administrative tasks and empower employees

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day

- Nurture a positive working environment
