Responsibilities :
- Receive hiring requests & requisitions from Business Developers.
- Handle the requests with the team members.
- Post job ads on various sourcing channels.
- Source and headhunt qualified candidates for each of the international offices
- Build a pipeline of candidates with business potential
- Ensure there is a constant cycle of candidate interviews for the management.
- Conduct initial phone screening for candidates to shortlist them
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring process.
- Ensure proper mentoring & coaching for the team members
Requirements :
- Degree in human resources .
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a must
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Headhunting.
