9. Performance Management System (PMS)- Define KRA, Review KPI, Identify target gaps. Appraisal cycle, Motivate and lead the team.
10. OD (Organization Development) program.
11. Employee engagement activities, Rewards, Performer of the month etc.
12. Floor management- Disciplinary action/warnings/PIP/Termination as required.
13. Develop Target Incentive schemes from time to time.
14. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the overall business strategy
15. Labor laws knowledge, coordinate with the labor consultant
16. Handled all Administrative activities.
17. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
