We are hiring for our client - a leading Real Estate company.
Job Responsibilities -
- Recruitment & onboarding: Lead the hiring process. This will involve gathering requirements from team leads and updating the existing Job Descriptions. Liaise with our empaneled recruiters, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews and help in closing positions. Manage pre-onboarding and post-onboarding stages seamlessly.
- Design and manage performance management system and compensation structure in line with organizational priorities and prevalent industry practices.
- Conflict and change management : Provide support to employees and employers in preventing and resolving conflicts & disputes. Assist in creating a joyous work environment and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
- People Engagement: Organize team building activities, reward and recognition paradigms and manage award ceremonies. Design and implement methods to measure and improve ESAT.
Pre-Requisites:
- MBA with specialization in HR
- Min. 8 years of experience in the HR domain
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communications skills
