Reporting to the founder of the company
Your roles & responsibilities will be:
- Managing all end to end aspects of HR from hire to retire for an employee base of 200 people
- Assisting with Salary processing, leave & attendance management
- Liaising with business heads for manpower needs and working with the TA teams and external agencies for initial screening and creation on Job Description's
-Liaising with internal stakeholders for employee grievances and training needs
The Ideal Candidate :
- Comes with 5-10 years experience of working in an unstructured system. Start up would be preferred
- Has a Masters in Human Resources and can manage the hire to retire cycle for a company
