Manager - Human Resources
JD:
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics to senior leadership.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and make informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in a business partnering role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and industry-specific challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional travel to various company sites or external meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
