Role Summary

As a "People Operations Manager", you will be for the execution of all aspects of Human Resources (HR) and People Operations at the company and will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Job Description:

Execute and constantly improve processes around:

- Recruitment

- Onboarding and Offboarding (exit)

- Performance management

- Employee engagement

- Training and development

- Absence and Payroll management

- Record keeping

- Devise company policies - in alignment with Indian Labour Law

- Provide strategic support and advise to the management

- Assist the company in reaching its goals - this could mean playing a role in supporting other functional areas of the company to realize their targets

What we are looking for?

- 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist

- Past experience executing/implementing HR processes effectively and independently

- The ability to add structure to chaos and build and run processes to increase efficiency

- Proficient with the use of MS Office

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A Team Player with a pro-active and a "go-getter" attitude.

- Critical thinker who comes up with pragmatic solutions with respect to the task at hand.

- Demonstrable leadership skills in a professional environment with a passion for Culture building and steering a team forward.

- An eye for detail

- Professional certifications are a plus

- Past experience at a start-up/quickly growing organization is preferred
