Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic HR Leadership :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
2. Recruitment and Talent Management :
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement :
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and organizational culture.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
4. Compensation and Benefits :
- Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
5. Compliance and Policies :
- Ensure the organization complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
6. HR Administration :
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including record-keeping, payroll, and HRIS management.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
7. Organizational Development :
- Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity.
8. Reporting and Analytics :
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems to track key performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related activities and outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
