Role Objective:
- Managing HR planning and budgeting that includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and compliance with employment laws.
- Ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in line with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Plan & Budget:
- Create an HR plan for the organization in conjunction with the organization plan.
- Propose, negotiate and manage HR budgets in accordance with internal procedures thereby ensuring the best value and quality
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and feedback.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Facilitate leadership and management training sessions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee documentation and HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present HR reports on metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction etc.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
HR Technology Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Ensure that the HR technology supports HR processes and data management efficiently.

- Proven experience similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization
- Experience in Handling sensitive information discreetly
- Proficient in HR Information Systems
