Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee well-being, including mental health initiatives, work-life balance programs, and wellness activities.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual growth.
- Design and administer reward and recognition programs to celebrate achievements, foster a culture of appreciation, and incentivize high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee engagement issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Lead efforts to create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and addressing any workplace issues or conflicts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee well-being, performance management, and rewards and recognition, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee well-being, performance management, and rewards and recognition.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and performance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
