Manager HR - West India - Manufacturing
- Responsible for Organizational Development, Learning & Development as well as Talent Management for an entire set up.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Communications.
- Performance Management for all executives including different PMS patterns for Leadership, High Potentials and other employees. End to end PMS cycle management.
- Organizational development for all the units in terms of maintain a lean structure and ensuring job rotation, due transfers, succession planning and key positions in place.
- Manpower Planning and Manpower Budgeting for all the units and auditing adherence.
- Implementation of Annual Training Calendar and ensuring upskilling of all employees various integrated digital platforms covering all types of trainings .
- Legal, HSE, Technical and Behavioral trainings. Also working on Work Integrated
- Learning Program, Target Audience Specific Program and MDP's /Executive Coaching for Leadership.
- Introduction of various rewards and recognition schemes and ensuring maximum reach to employees and unbiased coverage of deserving/performing employees.
