Role Name: Manager - Human Resources

Job Summary:

Incumbent should be having 10-18 years of experience in Human Resources in Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management in lines of BSC, L&D Management, Employee Engagement & Compensation Surveys, Annual Budget Plans (ABP's) and other Critical HR Activities of Kirby.

Job Responsibilities:

- Incumbent must be able to handle the Talent acquisition, Management from the start to the end of the entire process. He would coordinate with cross function team members on finalization of requirements.

- Incumbent must be able to manage, attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.

- Incumbent must be familiar with working on job portals, social networking sites, advertising agencies to publish vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants and complete the process within stipulated SLA's

- Incumbent should be able to manage the orientation of new employees, and disciplinary issues of staff from time to time.

- Incumbent must be able to analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.

- Incumbent should be able to handle the L&D function Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organisation in line with budgets.

- Incumbent should have thorough knowledge in career development, succession planning and identification of talent Management needs in partnership with line management. Submit the development plan and deliver them.

- Incumbent should be able to develop MIS & provide weekly & monthly management reports on all key output areas of the position. Perform related duties as assigned by the Head-HR

- Ability to Develop ABP's in line with organizational requirements.

- Lead programmes that are aimed at improving employee morale. Identify and analyze current organizational effectiveness. Initiate and Implement organizational surveys in Compensation & Employee Engagement.

- Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures as and when desired by management

- Drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set by management

- Incumbent should be able to handle internal customer queries pertaining to Medical insurance & GPAP claims of employees and able to facilitate smooth transition.

- Incumbent if not able to solve them, should be able to escalate to next level and resolve the same.

Candidate Requirements:

- Incumbent should be having 10 - 18 years of experience in Human Resources in large manufacturing set up with Engineering or manufacturing with hand on experience in HR Generalist role.

- Hands on experience as HR Generalist role to look into the needs of the organization Viz L&D, Talent Management, PMS, C&B, Employee Engagement and ABP's etc.

- Knowledge of MS office and exposure to ERP Environment would be an added advantage.

- Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail. Self-driven. Good communicator.

- Customer service orientation (Internal & External)

- Candidate should be dedicated, soft spoken and smart enough to understand the organizational requirements.

- Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility. Work well under pressure and to deadlines.

- Self-Initiator & Good at planning,

- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.

- Ability to train.

- Excellent Administration Skills and Good Team player.

- Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: MSW or MBA or MHRM
