1. HR Management:
- Manage the entire HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and retention strategies.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and queries with a focus on creating a positive work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR needs of employees, such as uniform distribution, facilitating gift distribution for sales teams to give to customers, and managing other requests.
2. Employee Welfare & Office/Factory Needs:
- Ensure the needs of employees are met, including managing essential requirements like uniforms, office supplies, and team-specific needs (e.g., gifts for customer engagement).
- Take initiatives for important employee welfare activities such as organizing gifts during Diwali and other festive occasions.
- Monitor and manage operational requirements for both the office and factory, such as ensuring adequate signage at the factory entrance, replacing office furniture, and addressing other facilities-related needs.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead college recruitment drives, especially in collaboration with IIMs and other top institutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Training & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs that support employee professional development and align with company goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by creating opportunities for ongoing professional development.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Enhance employee engagement through creative initiatives aimed at fostering a motivated and productive workforce.
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
6. Travel & Collaboration:
- Willingness to travel for recruitment, training, and employee relations purposes, as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR management roles, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training.
- Experience conducting college placement drives and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and HR best practices.
- Tenure of at least 2 years in any of the last two companies worked for.
- Willingness to travel for work-related tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a premier institute like IIM.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or MSME sectors is a plus.
