THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI
An established large organization with global presence is looking to hire an HR Manager for their plant based in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The role needs someone to manage the overall plant HR, Talent Acquisition, statutory compliances, C&B, PMS and admin in a non unionized setup.
Please note: This role requires someone with experience of working in an non-unionized manufacturing plant and someone who possessess strong knowledge of labor and Industrial relations, so only apply if you have done this. And are willing to move to the Plant location and travel frequently.

Some responsibilities include:
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs for all hiring & onboarding of all blue collar employees and executive hires.
- Own the entire PMS function and promote a high-performance work culture.
- Have full understanding of and be accountable for all labour laws related statutory compliance on the site.
- Partner closely with Indian compensation wages for salary benchmarking for the workforce.
- Be the custodian of security for Site, equipment, estate & general administration.
To fit the bill:
- 7+ years in a similar role with manufacturing industry.
- Exposure of heading a mid-size plant independently.
- Good understanding of the Labor law compliances.
- Good communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Willing to travel for work.
