1. To support the HR teams in Factory in all HR & ER operations
2. Support the Management Committee ER and IR Areas
3. To do a gap analysis between the business requirement at the unit level and extent to which prevalent HR systems acts an enabler
4. To provide direction and guidance to the HR team on building, maintaining leveraging harmonious industrial relations
5. To develop and build on good working relations with Trade union to leverage cordial harmonious industrial relations for grater operational effectiveness.
6. To effectively use various negotiations strategies and tactics.
7. To provide direction and guidance for communication to unionized employees
8. To provide direction and guidelines for identifying training need for employees
9. To provide direction and guidance to manpower planning process for unionized employees
10. To lay down the procedure and guidelines for recruitment of unionized employees and to identify potential people related issues and visualize alternate scenarios for those issues
11. To prepare compliance with all labour related statutes
12. To prepare and condition in the factory for implementing new HR system
13. To maintain to cordial relationships with all Statutory authorities
14. To participate in all the CSR activities in around the Factory
15. To Prepare the units plans and Manpower budgets and present the same with all logics
Experience: 12 to 15 years and who have delt the union and long term settlement
Industry: Manufacturing with unionized environment
