Job Description:
- End to end management of recruitment
- Stakeholder Management
- Data Management - developing and managing various recruitment trackers
- Coordination for campus recruitment at top law schools
- Management of the firm's internship program
- An ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of work experience
- Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and operational capabilities are a prerequisite
- Proper sectorial expertise is not mandatory
- Coordination with different consultants and managing sourcing channels.
- Preparing offers and conducting Induction programs for employees
- Managing background verification process of the selected candidates.
- Understanding business needs and aligning HR strategy accordingly.
