Our client is a CMMI level 5 organization, and for the India operations based in Noida, we are looking to hire an HR manager.

The Role :

- Will report to the CHRO

Responsible for :

- Talent management,

- HR policies

- Performance management,

- Employee engagement,

- R&R,

- Retention

- Stakeholder management

- Employee meetings and connects

The person :

- MBA from a reputed institute.

- 14 years experience in HR with IT services companies.

- High level of integrity and stability.

- Self-driven, innovative and motivated to achieve success.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Looking at candidates in salary bracket of 30-35 lacs
