Position Title : Manager HR

Experience : 6 - 10 years

Work Location : Jaipur

Job Responsibilities/Role :

- We are looking for highly motivated HR person to drive Human Resource and Recruitment activities.

- The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for administering human resources programs and processes. This person will be the first line resource, and respond in a timely manner to, employee inquiries including, but not limited to, work related concerns, policy and procedure interpretation, benefit inquiries, and performance management.

- This person will partner with, and coach supervisors and managers in policy and procedure interpretation, organizational changes, employee retention, job description development, performance management, and employee relations.

- Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be:

Lateral Recruitment (45%) :

- Responsible for sourcing appropriate candidates through a variety of cost effectivensources, generate constant candidate flow independently, and source/track via automated electronic tools. Sources may include networking, cold calls, social media, job boards, referrals, and data mining.

- Partner with Hiring Manager to arrange for interviews, document and track feedback through assessment forms, and administer assessment tools to applicants where appropriate Evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions

- Prepare, administer and ensure compliance of offer letters and offer packages for internal and external candidates. Effectively communicate and negotiate total rewards package with candidates

- Contribute and execute, as required, to ongoing planning and process improvement activities. Make recommendations and support the development recruitment tools and programs

- Manage the relationship with third party recruitment and staffing service providers

- Manage the New Joining formalities & Induction program

Campus Recruitment (15%) :

- Responsible for hiring 50+ engineering graduates every year from the top engineering colleges.

- Help evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions

- Build relations with Training and Placement Officers and secure first interview slot for the company

- Coordinate post campus activities like follow up with students, distribution of offer letters, training material to students, on boarding plan, logistics etc.

Performance Management (10%) :

- Own six monthly performance appraisal cycle

- Review performance appraisal forms before performance appraisal discussion

- Schedule and conduct performance appraisal meetings with all the Delivery Heads

- Assist and guide employees to complete the process

- Follow up with employees for goal setting

- Review promotions, bonus, and salary increments

Training and Development (10%) :

- Coordinate with the managers to understand training needs

- Identify internal trainers for each topic and develop a training calendar for each quarter

- Facilitate induction program for fresh graduates and conduct the induction presentation

- Conduct communication training for fresh graduates

- Collect and analyze training feedback

- Employee Welfare/ Engagement (10%)

- Responsible for employee engagement initiatives

- Point of contact for all employee escalations

- Conduct exit interviews and compile reports for Managers

- HR one on ones with technical staff

- Data Analysis and Reporting (10%)

- Maintain and update employee records

- Prepare and follow through quarterly HR plan

Education: Graduation (Any Specialization)/ MBA

Skills/Experience/Domain Knowledge:

Must Have:

- Hands on Sourcing Skills

- Good knowledge of Professional Sourcing products / tools with strong understanding of Boolean search methodologies

- Research oriented Ability to build Market Intelligence systems

- Result oriented Ability to achieve challenging targets

- Self Starter and Highly Motivated individual Excellent Internal Customer / Candidate Management skills

- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)

- Process Compliance MIS, Application Tracking Systems

Good to Have:

- Understanding of Reward Management System

- Ability to convert Passive candidates to Active candidates

- Strong communication and inter personal skills

- Strong interviewing and selection skills

- Strong business writing skills

- Strong negotiating skills

- Prior experiencing in mentoring new recruits (for experienced candidates)
