Taking ownership for end-to end HR activities:
- Recruitment: Sourcing of profiles, lining up of interviews, interviewing, coordinating with all the hiring managers and interviewers, getting vendor bills cleared, preparing Rejection database, preparing various trackers
- Maintaining Employee Master Data for the organization
- Offers and Negotiations: Payslip check, Reference Check, Preparing Offers, Negotiations and ensuring joinings.
- Joining and Induction Completing joining formalities, Personnel filing of documents, getting background verification checks via agency, ensuring salary bank account openings, conducting HR Induction.
- Employee Engagement: Handling Employee Grievances, Celebration of festivals, taking engagement related initiatives, etc.
- Compensation & Benefits: Maintaining Leave Data, handling PF withdrawal and transfer requests, providing salary input to the vendor.
- Training & Development: Training Co-ordinations.
- Confirmations and Exits: Implementing the processes around probation confirmation and ensuring smooth exit formalities. Providing full and final settlements related inputs to the vendor.
