WORK FROM OFFICE (Magarpatta, Pune)

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

- Manage end to end HR Functions like Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, R&R, Onboarding & Exit formalities, PMS, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.

- Executing the day-to-day HR business and contributing to further shape the HR function and employer brand.

- Building Annual / Quarter OKRs & handshake between cross department to achieve HR goals.

- Deep knowledge of Indian labor law, social and welfare benefits, and HR administration

- Role clarity to enhance accountability & interdependencies, ensuring completeness of JDs for all the unique roles.

- Implementation of Talent Strategy (diverse talent set) to staff the structure.

- From getting the Job Brief, working with the Hiring Manager for shortlisting the right talent, seamless Onboarding and induction into the organization

- Create/amend, Implement, Revise new processes, policies and procedures within the organization.

- Refreshing HR Process and system to align with the current as well as future requirement

- Compensation and Benefits Administration research & policies.

- Create an enriching work culture and work towards sustaining it by building employee engagement plans.

- Setup Training calendar for Employees & enable Training by Internal stakeholders/External Vendors as & when needed.

- Induction of new joined employees & introducing to respective departments

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Performing the survey using eNPS to understand the happy Index.

- Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Monitor timely update of personnel records like personal details, position, salary, etc of Employees in HRMS.

- Generating Employee documentation Such as Offer letter, Appraisal letter, Promotion letter, etc.

- Provide necessary Reports & data to senior management as and when needed.

- Exit Management: Conducting exit interview, consolidating details from the exit interview process and periodically sharing insights with the management team

- Employee Engagement: Creating & driving employee engagement agenda in the organization.

- Presenting the monthly HR Metrics & Decisions to Management.

Must have :

- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with core HR responsibilities, employee retention and culture enhancement programs within a creative work environment.

- MBA HR or Masters in Personnel Administration

- Excellent written, verbal communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation skills

- Strong People Management skills

- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize and able to adhere deadlines by working under pressure & able to achieve Quarterly goals

- Experience in handling employee queries, grievances and in setting up policies and managing employee expectations accordingly.

- The willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment

- An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning, and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery

- Strong team player characteristics with entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude along with pro-active, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct

- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to drive best practices globally

- Fluent English is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
