Key Responsibilities:
- Disseminate HR-related information to employees.
- Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in compliance-related activities, such as data privacy.
- Support payroll processing activities.
- Address basic payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Learn and use HR software for record-keeping and data management.
- Assist in data entry and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate interviews.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist in candidate screening.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure completion of required paperwork and orientation for new employees.
Requirements :
- A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3Years of experience
- Familiarity with basic HR software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information ethically.
- Awareness of basic employment laws and regulations.
