HR Manager


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

2. Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

3. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

4. Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

5.Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

6. Manage the compensation and benefits program, including developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.

7. Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.

Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

8. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
