Manager HR- Hospitality Group
- Manage complete employee life cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, employee development to employee separation.
- Source, recruit, interview and negotiate salary with selected candidates.
- Maintenance and retrieval of employee records including Personal File, HRIS Data, different employee reports from Adrenalin/related HRIS Software.
- Monitor attendance management system. & Leave Management System
- Work on Payroll and other employee benefit schemes including statutory compliance like PF/ ESIC/ etc.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy of HRIS, Run and Analyze HRIS data including resolution of gaps identified in HR data management audits.
- Make recommendations to refine processes and procedures in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR Operations.
- Employee engagement and Grievance Redressal.
- Solicit and leverage feedback to identify opportunities to improve HR Operations and Processes.
- Engage and effectively collaborate with other enabling functions.
- Hands on experience on Payroll.
- Manage employee communication and internal announcements.
- Able to handle the different verticals under Hospitality.
