Responsibilities :
Employee Engagement/Relations :
- Ensures pro-active employee relations strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees.
- Will be responsible for staff welfare activities and creating a fun environment by organizing events
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Will be responsible for grievance handling and counseling
- Manage the exit process, exit interviews, attrition analysis
Organization Planning :
- Prepares budget of human resources
- Plans and ensures optimum use of resources; administers and monitors cost against budget.
- Prepares reports and implements procedures to reduce turnover by creating effective retention tools
- Supports in monthly forecast of HR budget
- Reporting - HR dashboard, Recruitment Tracker & various other HR related reports
Other responsibilities :
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Talent Acquisition :
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with regards to Talent requirements
- Formulate Talent Acquisition strategy
- Track internal metrics
- Liaise with TA Partners/ Vendors for hiring assistance
