Job Description :

- Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to drive end-to-end HR for India.

- You will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth.

Client Details : Our client is a leading firm in health-care domain. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional based in Chennai with experience driving the end-to-end HR activities.

Description :

- Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to drive end-to-end HR for India.

- You will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth.

- You will be driving the HR agenda across C&B, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management etc.

Profile :

- At least 7 years experience post MBA from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM etc.)

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders.

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, Leadership Development, HR Operations etc.

- Experience with growing start-up environment would be preferred.

- Ability to be hands-on, detail oriented and all-rounded player in a small team setting.
